EMANUEL COLLADO

Emanuel Collado was born March 21st, 1972 in the county of The Bronx, in New York City. His parents Martin and Ana Julia Collado have always been loving and supporting parents yet financially burdened since arriving to the U.S. from their native Dominican Republic. Emanuel loves his parents dearly but wanted a totally different life style from theirs. At the age of 15 he had started his first of many businesses. Emanuel married his beautiful wife Sheree Marie in July of 2000 at the age of 28. He had already purchased his first investment property in April of 1999 at the age of 27. Emanuel's accomplishments throughout his careers includes mentoring, teaching, engineering and web designer. 

Though with a Bachelor's Degree and in the Master's Program at CUNY and several professions, he still found himself working several jobs at a time trying to make ends meet. With a new wife and child on their way he was thrown into the role of provider at a young age, he knew he wanted a better life for them than what he had growing up and was determined to deliver it. With the help of his very supportive and patient wife, he was able to achieve his freedom of not having to work again. By the age of 30 Emanuel Collado had become a self taught, self built investor with 4 rental properties while still renting in a one bedroom apartment.

He defied the adversity and statements from most people that he couldn't or wouldn't do it. But he did. Emanuel Collado now has built over 13 businesses throughout hiss life. Emanuel owns units throughout the United States including New York,Florida and D.R. 

Emanuel invests in commodities and real estate backed assets throughout the world. He is an expert in firearms, target shooting and hunting. Emanuel is also an avid weight lifter. 

Emanuel, his wife and daughter Kaylene Marie love vacationing and spending time together. Their goal is to educate as many as will listen so all can enjoy the life that is meant to be lived. Emanuel knows what it is like to be poor; he has vowed to do all that he can to keep from going back to that cold, lonely place. He will continue to learn and teach. He will continue to make his messages as understandable and practical as possible so all can benefit from his teachings. 

Emanuel Collado was not born into money, marry into money, inherit money or win the lottery, he is just a regular guy who believed in himself and worked hard to get where he is. He wants the same for you.
